We currently offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Please note:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
  • International shipping is not available yet, though we are actively exploring global expansion.
  1. Order Processing Time

Once payment is verified, your order enters processing. Standard processing times are as follows:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri): Typically processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or during weekends/holidays: Processed the next business day.
  • During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, holidays, or promotions), please allow 1–2 extra business days.

We will notify you via email if any unexpected delay arises.

After your order is processed, average delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays or load

  • National holidays

Our system automatically selects the most efficient carrier for your region to ensure optimal delivery time and package security.

  • Flat Rate: $6.99 for all domestic orders within the U.S.
  • No hidden fees.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered during special campaigns — please check aikstore.com or email updates for details.
  1. Tracking & Order Updates

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.

Tracking updates will include:

  • Confirmation of shipment departure
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Current transit status

If you do not see tracking updates within 72 hours, please contact us for support.

  • Tracking number shows no update for over 5 days
  • Package marked “delivered” but not received
