We use Asian size(it will small than EUR size or US size two size ),and design for bodybuilding.Please measure the size according to the clothes(pants) you usually wear(not your body), check your size with below size chart before purchasing,If your measurement is floating between two sizes, advise choosing the larger.You not sure about the size,please leave me a message about your weight and height,I can give you a suggestion.
